<p>With regard to the F3 Plant at Qidfa, Emirate of Fujairah PJT, </p><p>Samsung C&T has agreed to the changes below:</p><p><br></p><p> - Contractual Counterparty: before change) F3 Holding Company B.V.</p><p> after change) FUJAIRAH POWER COMPANY F3 LLC </p><p><br></p><p>※ Overview of Project</p><p><br></p><p>- Project Overview : F3 Plant at Qidfa, Emirate of Fujairah (UAE)</p><p>· Construction of a 2,400MW combined cycle power plant</p><p>- Contract Amount : KRW 1,155,434,992,000 (USD 977,360,000)</p><p>- Contractual Counterparty : FUJAIRAH POWER COMPANY F3 LLC</p><p>- Construction Period : February 18, 2020 - April 30, 2023 </p><p><br></p><p>※ Important matters to be considered for investment decisions</p><p><br></p><p>- The aforementioned contract amount is exclusive of VAT and equivalent to 3.71% of the</p><p> consolidated sales of FY 2018.</p><p>- The aforementioned contract amount, construction period and others are subject to</p><p> change in the course of performing the construction work.</p>
